Her you have the bet of César Bosquet for this month. I alredy have tried and it is cool class !!
César is a authentic expert on the control of the emotions in his classes, this class is a sample of it. When you listen at first , it looks a little bit " dark" when you start to pedal,you realize that without realize you got a high level of concentration and motivation.
According César, and I am totally agree with him, the key is use unkown music that help you work and in the moments of more intensity use known music so cause you more motivation. That way you mix, like in a perfect form, intensive work that cause the concentration, with the energy explosions that cause the motivation.
