Hi, Bestcycling- maniac:
Long time ago that I dont get in touch with you thought this blog.
At the same time that we are going to give the date of the fifth recycling, I have wanted to upload my last session so you can work it with your students, you can listen it in the car, train with it or whatever you want...
In this session I mainly make reference to one thing, the work with resistence …
When I saw others instructors working on sportcenters, I keep watching two related problems :
1. The lack of preparing a session and work.
2. The little use of resistence.
If you want to grow up like an instructor day by day, you have to learn to develop sessions where happen "things to tell" in a working form and work supported by the resistence .If you are able to use all this tools available ( pedaling frequency, techniques in the exercises, mix meister...) and make a work based on the resistence and the control.
Come back to the session, just said it is quite easy becuase it is quite slow. Anyways in the key points " you have to induce work”.
The keys of this work, together with the comunication part are in the Excel Sheet attached.
Listen well, study it well and remember that“the work without resistence you lose it”,
